It is possible, since it's been asked several times already. It's definitely on the list of things to do, just not very near the top :)

To clarify, any games that you make with the Wade editor will work on Android.

Getting the editor itself to work on Android is going to take quite a bit of work. The operating system is not a problem, it runs fine on Android as it is. The problem is it isn't really designed for touch screen devices. If you want to use the editor on an Android device with bluetooth keyboard and mouse though, it should just work.
