And how do I make an object move with setvelocity using the mouse click on a button on the screen?

Yes sure
Just click the download button in the top bar (it looks like this 
), and select Source Code. This will give you a zip file that contains all the files that you will need to host on a web server.
If you want to run it locally without uploading to a web server, there are a few options that are briefly explained here
