just downloaded the WADE last build (http://www.clockworkchilli.com/index.php/developers/get_wade_zip/2.1) on my mac
I have tried to run on google chrome (last build Version 43.0.2357.81 (64-bit)) as direct as via a web server (127.0.0.1/wade)
but the screen is always black.
What I missing?

A black screen is what it's supposed to look like. The downloadable version of WADE is a library that you can use with your favorite IDE to make games and apps. The zip includes a template project, which is just a blank (black) page to use as a starting point. There are quite a few tutorials on how to get started with that:
The WADE editor can only be used online through Chrome, at present it cannot be downloaded
